Product Description

Are you a 1.d4 player?

Tired of Black knowing all the White’s plans and shifting gears into Slav, Nimzo, King’s Indian… resulting in slow, impossible-to-win positions?

GM Marian Petrov understands the pain.

And he offers a much more practical and better scoring alternative to the typical White’s 1.d4!

GM Petrov recommends the Trompowsky Attack.

trompowsky attack

And there are 3 great reasons to play it…

1. Under 2300 players (98% of your opponents) have very little understanding of how to counter the Trompowsky with Black.
2. Trompowsky is light on theory and avoids MANY heavily theoretical variations (including your opponent’s favorite pet lines).
3. You can decide whether to go for aggressive or positional chess.

Last but not least, the Trompowsky Attack is a sound opening, played by some of the greatest chess minds including Magnus Carlsen, Hikaru Nakamura, and Levon Aronian.

If you are looking for a ‘new opening’ to score impressive wins with White after 1.d4… and don’t want to face tons of theory that Black prepared… Trompowsky is a practical weapon for you!

What you will learn:
