He holds the title of International Master (IM) and has two Grandmaster (GM) norms.
He is the co-founder and CEO of ChessBase India, the biggest chess news portal in the country. He also runs a popular YouTube channel with over a million subscribers and close to a billion views.
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and was awarded the Shiv Chhatrapati Award in 2014.
He has contributed to the chess boom in India by teaching chess to comedians and celebrities on stream.
